This is a difficult question but for a homeowner it is an important one to ask! No roof is the same. For homeowners, taking the necessary steps towards a roof replacement requires an expert’s guidance through honest inspection and recommendation. Peak Exteriors offers free inspections and estimates. Our estimates include an estimate on price, inspection report and recommendation based on that inspection, providing you with the information that you need to plan for the future.

Not necessarily. In some cases, leaks are caused by system failure. Meaning, the roofing system is no longer effective due to its age. In this case, a replacement is recommended because the same issues could continue to pop up throughout the roofing system. In other cases, leaks are caused by damage, accessories that tend to age quicker than the roof itself, or faulty workmanship. These can all be taken care of, without replacement in an effort to extend the life of your current roofing system. Peak Exteriors offers free inspections and estimates with an honest recommendation so that you can move forward with repair or replacement knowing that our recommendation is the correct solution for your roofing system. We have your best interest in mind!

Every home is unique, therefore roof replacement costs vary greatly. Factors such as the size of your home, roofing materials selected, structural design of your roof, and the contractor providing the estimate will all play a role in the overall cost. We offer free inspections by one of our roofing professionals to take all these factors into consideration, and provide an estimate and recommendation tailored to the specific needs of your home. It is very important to consider the quality of materials being offered and the level of workmanship from the contractor, as not all are equal! Peak prioritizes offering the best roofing products and warranties available for your home, while ensuring you receive the highest level of workmanship and customer care around!

“Same product, lower price”. Your next roofing system is so much more than the shingles that go on top. When selecting your roofing contractor be sure that they are fully licensed and insured. Use all quality roofing materials from start to finish. Offer a personal warranty on workmanship, are able to install your roofing system to manufacturers specifications, are certified and registered with that manufacturer to install a warrantied roof, use materials that allow them to register that warranty and are paying to register your warranty with that manufacturer. It wouldn’t hurt to ask about the steps that they take to protect the rest of your home throughout the roofing process either. It’s a big project, don’t let it be the cause of more projects.

Yes, ask us about our financing options, we will assist you in the process in an effort to figure out what works best for you.

For a typical residential roof replacement, you can expect it to take 1 – 2 days. The size of the house, pitch of the roof, how many existing layers of shingles that need to be torn off, and any wood replacement required from previous water damage will all play a factor in your project timeline. Rest assured, our team will work efficiently without sacrificing quality in an effort to minimize the disruption around your home.

A roof replacement is a messy job, no doubt! However, what is done during and after that process speaks a lot to the integrity of a roofing contractor. We make it a priority to properly protect the exterior of your home and landscaping during the job, followed up by a thorough clean up process to ensure no debris is left behind.
